Texting/Communications Integration
In December 2023, we implemented a fully integrated online chat and texting system. Since 2016, our customers have been able to text our store’s telephone number. As well as get a hold of the owners and their daughter with a simple text message.
Typically, our responses are immediate and our brides and grooms loved the service. The online chat system was also available since 2016. Not to worry, we are not getting rid of our texting service. In fact, we are enhancing it, substantially!
Effective immediately, you will now be able to send a text message to a staff member and have him or her answer you directly, from our same store telephone number: 215-491-8500. Additionally, our new sophisticated texting and chat system will allow all of our employees to receive and send text messages and answer online chats. Of course, the owners will monitor the system in the event an employee is not available or you happen to contact the employee on his or her day off. In either of these two cases, the owners will make sure you receive a quick response.
Seamless Communications
We are all about the customer experience and want to make sure communicating with us is easy and that you receive a quick answer.
So, if you like to text someone in particular at Darianna® Bridal & Tuxedo, all you have to do is send a text to our store’s landline number and ask for the person by name. We will be sure to have the specific staff member answer your text personally!
