Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos and videos to help you decide, and to document your “yes to the dress” moment.

Yes, we offer expert alteration services in our store. You can use our full-time in-house seamstress services by booking an appointment with her.

Darianna® Bridal & Tuxedo has wonderful wedding accessories that will complement your wedding dress. We have many veils, belts, and hair pieces to choose from. Our professional bridal consultants can also help you choose the accessory that will perfectly match the look you wish to have.

 

We do not sell shoes.

 

Yes, we offer wedding gown cleaning and preservation services to keep your dress beautiful for years to come.  The full cleaning and preservation price is $450.  Some months we offer discounts for the service.  Inquire about any promotions.

 

Yes! We are proud to be a size-inclusive bridal shop. We have over 60 plus-size sample gowns in-store (sizes 18-30) and carry designers who cater to every body type without extra fees for many sizes.

Our standard bridal appointments are 90 minutes long, giving you plenty of time to browse, try on gowns, and find “the one” without feeling rushed.

Yes. We highly recommend an appointment for wedding dress shopping. This ensures a dedicated bridal consultant is available to give you her undivided attention for your 90-minute consultation.  While we do accept walk-ins when we have availability, we recommend that you make an appointment.  You can make an appointment online for your convenience.

 

In general, it takes 3 – 4 months for a wedding dress to be made and shipped to our store after ordering.  Many of our designer keep popular styles and sizes in inventory that can be shipped out immediately.  In those cases, we would have your dress in about 10 days.  Each designer has a rush service for an additional fee; rush dresses can be received within about 2 months.

The purpose of bustling a wedding gown is to lift up the long train to allow easier movement (walking, dancing, etc.). Bustling can be done with hooks, ribbons, and buttons. While there are several styles of bustles, the French (under-bustle) and the American (over-bustle) are the most common. Our seamstress can advise you on the best method and style of bustling for your wedding dress.

No, in fact, there are many more dresses and tuxedos in the store than shown on the website. There are two reasons for that: first, our website would become overwhelming if we showed every wedding dress and tuxedo that we offered. Also, we are constantly receiving new products, and it would take an enormous effort to update the website. Therefore, we only show a sample of what we have to offer on our website. You can visit our Real Bride Gallery to see some of our previous happy brides in their dresses on their big day to get a larger glimpse of our line of bridal gowns.

 

We offer a wide selection of designer wedding dresses to fit various budgets, typically ranging from around $1,200 to $3,500. We also have a sample closet with off-the-rack options for budget-conscious brides.

Yes! We have a great selection of gowns in sizes 6-30 for mother of the bride/groom, and wish to give individualized attention to you while you shop with us. 

We love when brides bring their support squad! We allow the bride to bring four (4) trusted guests whose opinions you value most. If you wish to bring a larger entourage (5+), please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements. No children under 13 without advanced approval.

You are welcome to celebrate the “Yes!” moment with a toast, however, we do not permit drinking of alcoholic beverages during bridal appointments.

Nothing is needed except your water bottle! Wear comfortable undergarments and any shapewear you plan to wear. If you have specific shoes or accessories in mind, feel free to bring them, although we do have pedestals and accessories in the store.

Yes, we offer video appointments via Zoom. This is perfect for out-of-town brides or for showing dresses to family members who can’t make it to the store.

Yes, we have a sample closet and a selection of quick-ship gowns for brides with shorter timelines who need a dress immediately. In addition, most of our in-store gowns can be purchased straight off the rack, allowing you to leave the store with a wedding dress in hand.

Yes, our website features our designers and collections. Dresses you see on our site are in the store, however, there are many more in store! With well over 300 wedding dresses, not everyone is listed on our site. You can follow us on Instagram (@dariannabridal) to see our latest arrivals and style inspiration.

We do not rent wedding dresses, however, we offer discounted bridal gowns year round in our sample closet.

Ye, we have a Mothers department with a lovely selection of elegant and on-trend gowns from designers:

It is best to order 5-7 months in advance, however, our dresses can be purchased off the rack. Some gowns may be in stock for immediate shipping from the designer. Ship dates can be checked in store at time of order.

Yes, our alteration services are offered to everyone whether you purchased from us or not. Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo customers do have priority scheduling.

Yes, we have a lovely selection of plus size mother of the bride and groom dresses to try on in store. Our sizes go up to 28.

We do not rent mother of the bride and groom dresses. We sell dresses in range of prices that fit everyone’s budget. Our discontinued sale gowns and off the rack options will fit a budget conscious consumer.

Alteration costs vary depending on the dress and work needed (hem, bustle, taking in/letting out, strap adjustments, etc.). We will provide an estimate during your fitting and before you commit to the service. *Dresses requiring a turnaround time of less than 30 days will be subject to a $150 rush fee which will be added to the alteration costs.

Bridal runs small. Typically your wedding dress will be 1 to 2 sizes smaller than your street clothes (e.g. if you are normally a size 10, your wedding dress may be a 12 or a 14). Do not worry about the number, we order based on your measurements and the specific designer’s size chart for the closest fit!

No, we only purchase our inventory directly from our designers. 

Yes, designers charge varying fees for earlier ship dates. These can be anywhere from $150-$350 depending on the designer and how fast do you need it.

At Darianna® Bridal & Tuxedo, we will be with you every step of the way. You will have a kind and fun Bridal stylist who will reach out prior to your wedding dress appointment to get your dress inspiration and wedding details. She will ask you the right questions to pull the types of dresses that will match your personal preferences and flatter your body type. If you need extra time to say yes to the dress of your dreams, we will book a return appointment for you to revisit your favorites. We provide practical advice on the correct time frame of ordering based on your wedding date and keep you advised of next steps such as ordering your accessory pieces, scheduling for your Groom and groomsmen selections, and when to book your try on and first fitting appointments.

Answers for Grooms, Fathers, and Groomsmen

 

Yes, we offer an extensive selection of tuxedos and suits for rent and for purchase. We serve grooms and groomsmen throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia.  We can even arrange to have your wedding party professionally measured near their home or work if they are out-of-state and ship them the rental to try on in advance.

 

Yes! Out-of-town wedding party members can get measured at a local formalwear specialist near them and submit their measurements to us via our online form. We can also ship the tuxedo directly to them.  We help facilitate these arrangements as an added, free service.

 

 Rentals are typically available for pickup 4 to 7 days before the event. We contact each customer individually and recommend trying everything on immediately to ensure a perfect fit.

 

Yes, a late fee (typically $40 per day) applies if the rental is not returned on time.

 Most rentals are due back 2 days after the use date. A specific return date is provided in the outside pocket of your garment bag.

Anyone may return your tuxedo or suit rental to us. All of our garments, including shoes are bar coded so our system automatically tracks whose rental has been returned once the bar code has been scanned. Please keep in mind that the timely return of the tuxedo or suit rental is always the responsibily of the renter or the person who wore it, regardless of who returned the tuxedo.

 If something doesn’t fit, don’t worry. Because we own our inventory and have an alterations staff, we can often make adjustments or swap out sizes quickly, even for out-of-town guests.

 Our rental packages are all-inclusive. They include the jacket, pants, shirt, vest, long tie or bow tie, pocket square, cufflinks, studs, shoes, and a damage waiver.

 

We recommend an appointment for the initial consultation to select styles and colors. For simple measurements, you can often walk in, but calling ahead or texting 215-491-8500 is always a good idea.

Yes! We would be happy to help you with an on-trend, well-fitting tuxedo rental! We’ve rented many tuxedos and suits to women for weddings, prom, and special occasions.

Of course, we do! We have many different styles of gray tuxedos and suits for rent. With names like Michael Kors and Allure, we will be sure to put you in the perfect gray suit or tuxedo. We also have different shades of gray available: granite, steel, heather, light gray, and more.

We absolutely have navy and blue tuxedos and suits available for rent. We have many varieties of navy, cobalt blue, and slate blue tuxedos and suits ready for your special event.

 

Yes, all of our 61 styles of suit and tuxedo rentals are available in sizes for 3 year olds and up!

 

Yes, we do offer plus size suit and tuxedo rentals!  Most of the 61 styles of suits and tuxedos available for rent at Darianna® Bridal & Tuxedo go up to size 70R jacket.  Other styles are also available in up to size 84R jackets.  Our shirt sizes go up to size 7X and our pants waist sizes go up to size 64.  We can dress pretty much anyone!

Not a problem! We will provide places anywhere in the country where your guests can be measured for free. We can even arrange to send the tuxedo to the person so that it can be tried on in advance.

We offer over 60 different suit and tuxedo styles for rent. We also have over 1,000 varieties and colors of accessories including vests, long ties, bow ties, and pocket squares.

 

Our all-inclusive rental packages range from approximately $194 to $294 plus tax. There are no hidden fees for “extras.”  With 5 paid adults in the wedding party, the groom’s rental is completely free.  Ring bearers are given additional discounts for full wedding parties.  Every year, we run special for prom so feel free to ask about those specials.

Make an appointment online with Darianna® Bridal & Tuxedo, and one of our tuxedo consultants will personally meet with you to advise you for your wedding day.  We also now offer video appointments!

Yes! With five or more paid adult rentals in your wedding party, the grooms rental is completely free.

Yes, members of the wedding party typically receive a discount (often $60 off) on their tuxedo or suit rentals. Additional discounts apply to the wedding party if the bride purchased her wedding dress from Darianna® Bridal & Tuxedo. Ring bearers receive a larger discount.

We recommend registering your wedding party and selecting styles 4 to 6 months before the wedding. However, we can accommodate last-minute orders if necessary.

Absolutely. We sell suits and tuxedos for those who prefer to own their formal wear.

Yes, we have a large selection of suits for rent and various colors, including blue, gray, black, and specialty colors. 

Yes, Darianna® Bridal & Tuxedo does offer extended tuxedo and suit rentals. These are packages that we offer for destination weddings, but the program can accommodate any of your rental needs. Our extended rental plan is affordable and convenient.

Yes, we have an online payment portal where you can pay deposits and final balances for rentals.

We do not carry prom dresses. We specialize in wedding dresses, mother of the bride and groom dresses, suits and tuxedos, wedding, accessories, alterations, and wedding gown, preservation services.

 Yes, Darianna® Bridal & Tuxedo has the largest selection of prom suit and tuxedo rentals in the Philadelphia region.

Darianna® Bridal & Tuxedo does not buy used prom dresses. All of our dresses are purchased directly from the designers.
