Our goal is to make sure you have a wonderful experience. We definitely know the difference it makes when you receive great service over average service. We want all of our customers to feel cared for and appreciated.
Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo is our family-owned small business, named after Daria and Deanna (our two daughters). We started a sweet little business with a desire to make a positive impact on our family and our community. In four years, we have grown exponentially.
What can you expect when you come here?
- You will never be pressured. Our employees are not on commission.
- You will always be treated kindly and honestly.
- We have your best interest at heart.
Our company is not a “big box store” owned by a hedge fund, nor are we responsible to produce huge profits to shareholders. We do not operate on their business model of ‘get them in/pressure for the sale/get them out’.
We care about you and your event.
Your day should be magic and to play a part in it is so rewarding. When we hear a staff member say, “Look how beautiful! She’s my bride!” or “These guys look great, I fit them!” – we couldn’t be more proud. That’s how personally we are involved.
Our staff takes ownership of our customers and really, at this time in your life, we think you deserve to be treated as more than just a sale on a quarterly earnings report…

In the front is Wendy Ianieri and Reeanne Frantz.
Wendy Ianieri (me). People told me my idea for this business was crazy. My advice: When someone tells you your idea is “crazy”, run with it. The last four years have been some of the best of my life. It is my honor to be a part of your event. I am humbled and empowered by the enormity of it. Thank you for the opportunity.
Next to me is Reeanne Frantz. You will love her. Funny, smart, professional, with 30 years experience in all aspects of weddings including venues, catering, photography, flowers, and now gowns. Reeanne is an amazing resource for putting your vision together. She’s a hugger.
Back row starts with Danielle Brenner. You will love her. Danielle is easy going, friendly, and relatable. She excels at helping put entire looks together including maids and groomsmen. Fifteen minutes with Danielle and you feel like you’ve known your whole life. She’s not as much of a hugger as Reeanne.
Next to her is Kathleen Smith. You will love her. I’m sensing a pattern here. Our very own bride-to-be, she will put you at ease immediately and guide you into your perfect wedding dress in Bucks County. Her calm demeanor defies a serious coffee addiction. Not really a hugger.
Franco Salerno, Owner, is in the middle back. You’ll love him (but not as much as I do). He is obsessed with customer service, properly running the business, and international travel. (Lucky me!) The buck stops with him, but he never stops.
Ellen Blake. You will love her. Ellen is a Darianna Bride from 2015 so she experienced us first hand and embodies our culture. She is up on trends and full of amazing ideas to customize your look. She also has a 6-month old son named Grayson. And she’s a hugger.
Nick Griffin, our Tuxedo Consultant. More than just a men’s formal wear stylist, he can put together your entire look with colors, patterns, accessories. He will make the suit/tuxedo selection process super easy by asking you a few questions to narrow your choices into exactly what you want. Nick is not a hugger, but he may tell you a joke.
