Designer: Daniela DiMarino
Why we love her:
Glamorous, flirty, and delicate, Style 6373 from Daniela DiMarino is sure to be a show stopper. Design elements like beading, Chantilly lace, and crisp chiffon come together to create a truly remarkable gown. Scalloped lace straps edged in beading gracefully support the bodice and lead to a V-neckline. Lace peaks up over the neckline and softens the edge.
A layer of intricate Chantilly lace rests beneath the top layer of the bodice. This adds dimension and a cool but subtle illusion. Embroidered, flowery lace with delicate beading decorates the bodice and drips down slightly past the waistline. The lace placement over the hips is very slimming and helps elongate brides to make them look taller. The lace pattern has a rustic but very elegant and romantic vibe.
DiMarino 6373 Dress Details
On the back of the bodice, the beaded straps connect to an elegant V neck line that mirrors the front. The beaded, embroidered lace dances around the back of the bodice as well. A unique diamond-shaped keyhole cutout adds a little spice to this dress, but it is edged in a sweet, scalloped lace and closes with a crystal button. White beads, clear beads, and sequins give the bodice of this gown a lustrous glow.
In contrast to the embellished bodice, 6373 has a clean and sophisticated ivory chiffon skirt. Most chiffon skirts are a-line, but 6373 has a special, fitted chiffon skirt. This gown hugs the bride’s hips before falling straight at the knees. It looks like a thick, luxurious crepe but is so much more lightweight. This lighter material is breathable and very easy to wear. A sweep train completes this gown; the train splits in the middle with a gorgeous insert of the same stunning lace that is on the bodice. Flowers and mandala-like patterns swirl around the train’s lace, which is finished off with scalloped, detailed hem lace. This lace will still be showcased when the gown is bustled up for a fun night of dancing!
