After earning her BA in Communications from James Madison University, she went on to work for The Walt Disney Company. There she learned how to deliver Disney’s world-renowned customer experience and service standards.
Today she is our General Manager, running the family business with not only that high-service edge, but also a level of efficiency and personalization not found in many businesses.
